Time is on your side in building a Network Marketing Business.

Imagine building a Network Marketing business where you focus your attention on each individual person you bring in.  You help them to build their business in a way that fits with them and stays within their comfort zone.  You make sure they feel part of the community, a community of people who enjoy each other's company and doing things together.  What do you think might be the outcome of this approach?

Well I can tell you it means that ultimately you will build a significant business.

This is how it all works.  You've probably heard the phrase "you just have to stay in the game" but in fact you have to do more.  You have to stay in the game and consistently do a modest amount of work.  (To get clear on how much work see my post on Network Marketing Statistics the numbers game.)  What's most important is that you want to stay in the game, that you're enjoying yourself, that you’re doing what you want to do and can do, and that it makes financial sense.

Each month you will need to use a reasonable amount of product or services that your company offers.  You’re doing this because you believe in the product or service and you want it in your life - not because you have to use it to qualify.  Next, you're going out to meet new people in situations that you enjoy being in.  You may be going out into the virtual world or the real world - whatever works for you.  When you find somebody who wants to work with you, you help them to build their business in the way that works for them, which is likely to be different from what works for you.  There goes the myth of duplication!  The benefit though is massive. Your new affiliate or representative can see themselves staying for a long time because they want to, they enjoy it, and it fits into their life.

Now with this apparently slower approach you can see that time is on your side.  There is no more rush to recruit lots of people, or to sell huge amounts of volume or anything like that.  Just by consistently doing a modest amount of work within your comfort zone, you know that eventually you will build the significant income that you're looking for.
