At the core of your Network Marketing Business.

A Network Marketing Business is simple!  For you to build the income you're looking for there are only three activities you need to be engaged in.
1.  Gathering customers.
2.  Gathering people who'd like to earn some extra money.
3.  Teaching, mentoring and coaching those people to build their own businesses and to become independent of you.

That's it!

We shouldn’t be taking responsibility for the way our entire downlines  are going to build their businesses.  We shouldn’t feel it’s necessary to put together systems that will work with somebody on the 85th level that we don't know and will never meet!  Since we  know nothing about their lives, what they want, or their experiences, how can we possibly put together a system that will definitely work for them?  (See my article on why your Network Marketing company needs you.)

So your focus should be on the people you introduce, whether they are customers or business builders.  Only under rare circumstances would you regularly work with somebody deeper in your team.  If there is somebody at this level who needs your help, you need to ask yourself WHY, and also why it is that YOU are you working with them.  Surely it would be better to teach their sponsor to do their job properly?
