Network Marketing HAD to grow up!

youthful vigour still there, yet sufficient wisdom to be immensely powerful.
In the past, the focus of MLM was mainly on recruiting, making it a 'numbers game'. Time has moved on and the emphasis is now firmly
moving to keeping the people you recruit. When more people stay in your team you'll need to find far fewer of them.
This means that the ‘salesperson type’ MLMers are losing their advantage. Now, ordinary people can find a comfortable
way to build significant businesses and create extra income to replace a salary or to get the ‘big lifestyle’ money.
Here on this site, you'll learn new ideas and new ways of building a stable Network Marketing business. I hope you'll find some of the ideas

When you FIRST looked at Network Marketing as a viable home-based business, what did you SEE?
Freedom?
Unlimited Income?
Fun?
Excitement?
New Friends?
Opportunity?
…so you went for it - right?
But NOW what do you see?
Hard work?
Rejection?
Minimal Income?
Fewer Friends?
Pressure?
Stress?
Doubt?
… and somebody keeps turning OFF that light at the end of the tunnel!
So what on earth happened? - Were you given bad advice?
Maybe you've been taught things you HAVE TO DO to build your business that you just don't WAN'T to do?
Maybe you've been taught that you HAVE TO SAY things that you just don't WAN'T to say?
Maybe you've found that some of the so-called 'business training' makes you feel very uncomfortable INSIDE?
Maybe when you think about 'doing the business'' it creates a level of STRESS out of all proportion to what you get in
return?
Maybe you've been told that REJECTION is "Just part of doing the business" and "You'll get used to it!'?
Maybe you've been told that in order to be successful "You have to get OUTSIDE your 'comfort zone"?
Maybe you've found that what much of your sponsor, your upline and even the company tells you about what you NEED to do in Networking
Marketing - just doesn't FEEL right?

About 85%, or between 8 and 9 people out of every 10 say:-
"I feel so uncomfortable about Network Marketing…"
"Sometimes I'm paralyzed because I just don't know what to say…"
"I find it very hard to get motivated…"
"I know what I should do, but I just don't want to do it…"
"I get so discouraged…"
"I don't think I'll ever get used to the rejection…"
"I'm beginning to think I was crazy to have ever got involved in the first place…"
So, WHY is it that the vast majority of people think that way?
(and you KNOW they do - right?)
Here's my view!
Most people are uncomfortable with their bisinesses because all the rules of Network Marketing were created by people who find all the
initial 'Salesy stuff' EASY!
They LOVE all the things that most of us find so HARD!
In fact, they find it all SO easy they’re convinced that this is the ONLY way to create a business. Therefore, they spend their entire lives
trying to change everyone in their group to be JUST LIKE THEM!
You know who they are - you can see them a mile off!
Here's what these 'Old school-type' often say:- (these are almost entirely MEN by the way. The reason I mention
this is because most of the successful Network Marketers in the world are WOMEN!)
"You must talk to 10 people a day, every day!"
"You must make a list of 100 people and call them!"
"You must bring guests to every opportunity meeting!"
"You must attend every training event if you want to learn the business!"
"You must sponsor 5...who will sponsor 5...who will sponsor 5!"
"You must go full time in the business as soon as possible!"

"You must work harder to make any money."
"You must call your downline every week to keep them motivated!"
"You must quit your job to be successful!"
"You must be 'serious' about the business to make any money."
"You must do what I do, and say what I say, if you want to be successful!"
I think you get the picture!!!
Did any of the above advice work for YOU?
No, of course not!
Because they don't work for MOST people, MOST of the time!
Of course, it's not that we CAN'T do them. It's that we WON'T
That approach doesn't sit at all well with WHO we are!
That approach offends our intuition and irritates our soul!
…because deep in our heart we know that it's just not RIGHT!
These out dated, tiresome strategies will guarantee failure for almost 9 out of 10 people who try them. They only persist because the 15% who
created them choose to blame the 85% who WON'T use them, for being lazy, stupid or not committed!
Now that IS crazy!
DON'T take my word for it!
TAKE A LOOK AROUND YOU!
Most of the people in your Company are struggling…MOST of the people in EVERY Company are struggling!
The failure of these useless strategies and this domineering mindset is self evident!
The truth is, most people:
Don't want to go to opportunity meetings …they don't want to go to meetings at all!
Don't want to know the mathematics of the commission plan …the software can cost a million dollars, so why would you try to figure it out in
your head?
Don't want to have to talk to 10 people a day …accosting strangers in the street is not something most people enjoy!
Don't want to have to make a list of 100 people and call them …EVERYONE resists doing this - even the 15%!
Don't want to have to get out of their 'comfort zone' …why increase your stress and anxiety if you don't have to?
Don't want to have to work hard …they’re already working hard and hate it!
Don't want to have to be 'serious' …they just want to have some fun and enjoy life!
Don't want to get used to rejection ...they don't want ANY rejection!
Don't want to lose their friends …good friends are hard to find…why lose even one of them for the sake of any product or opportunity!
DON'T WANT anyone telling them what they SHOULD do, MUST do, or OUGHT to do!
Not their sponsor, not their upline…or even their company!
…and you know who hates being told what to do the most?
The 15% giving all the orders.. that's WHO!
Well - what a SURPRISE!!!!!!
Then I discovered that even though all the rules are created by the 15%, almost ALL the volume of sales generated in ANY
organization is created by the 85% who hate all those rules!
These are people JUST LIKE YOU who are struggling along, in total conflict with their intuition and sense of better judgment, often AGAINST
the flow of what their sponsor says, what their upline says, what the company says, and what most trainers say too!
What we have here is a whole group of sucessful Non-Conformists!
These are people who ignore the rules and do it anyway!
These are people, JUST like you who feel like they’re continually paddling upstream against the force of a fast flowing river.
They love paddling…they love the river…they love the view…and they love the whole concept of Network Marketing.
But Blimey, sometimes it's just SO tough!

It DOESN'T have to be that way! To be successful...
You DON'T need to BE like someone else, SAY what they say, or DO what they do! You don't have to follow in the footsteps of the next guru or
follow anyone else's rules but your own!
You DON'T have to 'get out of your comfort zone' and…
YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO A BLOOMIN’ THING THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO DO!
